The Mandelbrot Experiment MFC
I have been working on a GUI for the Mandelbrot Experiment and have made some great progress using Visual Studio 2019 and MFC. I have implemented a preview and zoom feature which is looking very cool. MFC is quite an old platform but still used and because it's so difficult to work with, I thought it would be good practice to figure out how it all works and how the importance of threading comes into play.

The Mandelbrot Experiment
I have completed the mandelbrot project from an advanced C++ course. This program will draw some amazing fractal images. I am currently working on a GUI for this project, so that the user can change the colours and the zoom factor, because currently they can only be changed in the code itself. I have included a download here so you can try it out yourself! It's quite beautiful really.
I have zipped the file and chrome might warn you about it, I have checked it for viruses using Sophos Central and it's fine but it's your choice at the end of the day!
When you run the program it will compile the fractal. This will take a minute or so and then your image will appear in the same folder as the program.

Eco Print Trial Success!
Battle Abbey School has been trialing Eco Print for the past week, and I have received very positive feedback from the school office. They have said that Eco Print has reduced the number of staff walking into the office asking for help with the photocopiers, which has made their work place more peaceful and allowed them to concentrate better. Commander MaXim.Shepard arrives at SAG A for the second time in his career.
On his way back to Colonia, MaXiM.Shepard decided to take a detour to SAG A (The center of the galaxy) and check out the new starport for explorers. He has enjoyed his time so much out there, that he has decided to stay for awhile before heading to Colonia.

Particle Explosion C++
I have just completed my first course on the C++ programming language. The end result was this beautiful Particle Explosion application which looks fantastic. What news?
It's been awhile I know! I have been very busy working on various projects including Eco Print, Project Delta and a new website for a client of mine. I am pleased to say that I have released an early access build of Project Delta. Click here for more information.
What audio books have I listened to lately.
I have completed Not Alone and Not Alone Second Contact which are absolutely brilliant! Another series I would highly recommed are the We are Legion We are Bob series! I am currently listening to Rendezvous with Rama which is an old book from the 70's, but the science holds up surprisingly well considering its age!
